night and day

“We must quickly carry out the tasks assigned us by the one who sent us.The night is coming, and then no one can work” (John 9:4 NLT) “We need to be energetically at work for the One who sent me here, working while the sun shines. When night falls, the workday is over” (The Message Translation).

As long as the earth remains, two things are for sure: The sun will rise in the morning and set in the evening, giving way to the moonlight.

As 2013 rolls away, we’ve all got the same 24 hours to make a change, write a book, make that move, build that career, seize that moment, organize that meeting, submit that proposal, learn that skill, step out from the closet, and be the best at whatever we do.

Don’t waste time- work while it is day. That’s what Jesus would do.

Have a great end to the work-week.

Our 2014 ‘THANKFUL’ countdown continues: Be thankful for every breath that you breathe today.
