“And they dug another well, but they stroved for that also and he called the name of it Sitnah. And he moved from thence and dug another well, and for that they strove not; and he named it Rehoboth; and he said “For now the Lord hath made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land” (Gen 26:17-23)
You’d probably think the son of a multibillionaire (in today’s ranking) would not have to toil a day in his life yet, Isaac was a hardworking man. As usual, with every successful person, he had opposition. Every time he dug a well, the Philistines siezed it as theirs.
However, Isaac did not give up. He understood he carried a blessing and had a big God too. He kept digging till he reached REHOBOTH.
Put your hands to the plough today and you shall be fruitful if you faint not. It is not a function of location, opposition or circumstances surrounding you now, it’s a function of the blessing..and it’s in you.
