“What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good? Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile” (Psalms 34:12-13)

God’s word is so real and practical. It is full of tips to living and enjoying life. In our passage today, we see the impact of words and corresponding action. God’s desire is for us to enjoy the life He has given. One secret to this is guarding what we say.

What kind of words come out of your mouth daily? If we had to type them out like newspaper headlines, would they reflect faith, love, gentleness, patience or the opposite?

To enjoy life, be conscious of how you speak and what you say. Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from lying. Take actionable steps in the right direction today. God bless.

Have a great day.
